Japanese steakhouse class

Friday night I took a Japanese steakhouse class at Central Market cooking school…it was different than the 50 or so classes I’ve taken before and recipes were adapted from Martin Yan and Elizabeth Andoh (I took a cooking class with her in Osaka). I loved the authentic flavors, especially the miso marinade for the scallops.
