The joys of baking…

Now that my new Breville oven has arrived, I’ve wasted no time in breaking it in, first with my grandmother’s sour cream coffee cake  and tonight I made a homemade pizza using the 2-ingredient crust (Greek yogurt and self-rising flour), tomato sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and Hokkaido mozzarella. Wednesday night I’ll be making Irish soda bread muffins for St. Pat’s, and I’ll be testing out recipes from two recent baking books. Stay tuned!
